Today my therapist turned me onto this app created by the Depression and Bipolar Support Alliance (DBSA) and I am already in love with it.
I have known for a long time that I needed to track my symptoms, medications, insomnia etc, but every time I tried it didn’t stick. What is so cool about this is you complete a daily log and then after awhile you will begin to see your rhythms. For me it’s nice because I can also keep track of medication changes and side effects. You can even enter work outs, menstrual cycles and sleep patterns. And of course overall mood, mood swings, manic and depressive states, as well as mixed episodes and a lot more. With all of this woven together you will be able to see the rhythms and patterns of your body so that you can make changes where needed or plan ahead for hard times.
